The 2001 Connecticut State Leadership Conference

The Connecticut State Leadership Conference was held on April 2, 2001 at the Ramada Inn in Meriden.

The annual State Leadership Conference (SLC) is CT FBLA’s way of wrapping up the yearly program of work while taking the first steps into the next year. There is something for everyone at this conference, which includes:

bulletThe campaigns of all the prospective state officers, along with the elections, appointment and installation of next year’s State Officer Team.
bulletThe wrap-up of the program of work of the State Officer Team, including the final state committee reports detailing our success over the past year as well as a fond farewell to our faithful state officers.
bulletThe state level of competition for the extensive FBLA competitive events program with Connecticut’s finest business students competing against each other in over fifty individual, team and chapter events. Many of these events are also offered at the national level through their Competitive Event Program, and top winners in those events will have the opportunity to represent Connecticut State at the 2002 National Leadership Conference.
bulletNumerous workshops designed by students, advisers and professionals to educate, motivate, and inspire our membership to make the most of FBLA.
