Why Join FBLA?

FBLA is a student organization that gives benefit to more than 250,000 students. Joining such a dynamic group can be worthwhile for any student. Consider the following benefits of becoming an FBLA member:

What are some activities FBLA does?

Each fall, the State Executive Board of FBLA holds a State Fall Leadership Conference, which provides leadership training to local officers. Local FBLA chapters frequently hold community service activities, invite local business leaders to speak, participate in the Investment Challenge, and learn more about the workings of business through first-hand experience. The CT FBLA State Board is currently working on a version of the game Jeopardy! that deals with business and will be available to all local chapters (for more information, click here). In the spring, CT FBLA holds a State Leadership Conference, where students across the state can compete in a variety of activities (for a full list of competitive events at the State Leadership Conference, click here). The first place winner in each category is then eligible to compete against FBLA members from all over the country at the FBLA National Leadership Conference.
